About

Hey! So glad you're here.

Picture

Are guide dogs the most intelligent dogs in the world? I guess not all guide dogs are the same, just as no two dogs and no two humans are the same. One thing I know, my guide dog is unique.

My name is Paul, but the real star of the show is Bree, a 7-year-old black Labrador. She is an integral member of my family. I am a very lucky man, with a caring and devoted wife and loving twin kids. You see, the amazing thing about Bree is, she is a guide dog, and she’s been my guide dog since 2018.

Guide dogs are caring, supportive, intelligent, sensitive, and very loyal. In Bree’s case, along with these wonderful qualities, she has some unusual traits. She can be mischievous, goofy, forgetful of her duties and, dare I say it, sometimes weird. Over the years, I have watched her do some funny things which have brought joy into my life. Both Bree and I have decided to share some of these adventures with you.

I have had my visual impairment, which is called Cone-Rod Dystrophy for the last 20 years. I have about 5% vision left but life goes on at 100%. I really can’t imagine my life without Bree and my family. Bree is with me 24/7 and I want you to get to know her and fall in love with her the way I did. I have never met a dog like her.
